Pools Need Attention

The pool area was lively, providing great entertainment for my family. We had a blast at the water park despite some hiccups. The kids enjoyed every moment.

Check-in was frustrating, and we faced delays. the lazy river seemed to lack flow, which diminished the overall experience.

Had a great time with friends! The lazy river and the fun miniature golf course made our stay memorable. The cabanas were perfect for our group, offering shade near all the water features.

The property boasts a fantastic location close to the beautiful phoenix mountains and dream draw recreation area, making it a great base for weekend walks, and i loved that several restaurants were just a few steps away for easy dining after a long day of exploring. the rooms were clean, and housekeeping was excellent, which really added to the positive experience for a solo traveler like me, but the water slide was closed during my visit and this was disappointing since it was one of the main attractions i was looking forward to trying out.

We had some good moments at the hotel. My kids enjoyed the frozen drinks by the pool, and the pullout couch bed was actualy comfortable.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but we managed.

Two enjoyable nights with kids in the One-Bedroom King Suite. The mini-water park and multiple pools were perfect for cooling off during the heat wave, and the friendly staff made check-in a breeze. However, the property is showing signs of age, with wear in both the rooms and pool areas that could use some attention.

The dining scene here is a gem! Hole in the Wall serves up hefty portions that hit the spot, and Tuitti Santi's Italian vibes are a munch fest! The lazy river and heated pools? Absolute bliss!

The room needs a facelift. the sofa is a hot mess. Add in maintenance fails like a broken iron and a leaky bathtub, and it's clear the place needs a serious update.

Pools were nice, especially the lazy river. Dirty carpets in the room annoyed us. Friendly staff overall helped make our stay better.

However, the housekeeping was inconsistent, and we had to call for basic items like towels and coffee pods multiple times. Overall, it had some great features but could improve on service and cleanliness.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hilton Phoenix Resort At The Peak. The beautifully landscaped grounds and elegant fountains added charm to the resort, making it a serene escape. The attentive staff ensured a welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit.

More shuttle services for senior accessibility would help.

Rooms were spacious and comfy, especially the bed! Loved the mini fridge and microwave too. Super convenient location, and we appreciated the guidebook that made exploring a breeze!

However, the outdated decor made me feel like I was stuck in a time warp. Also, the shower pressure was so strong it could water the whole desert!
